So...
I was away last week to check something off my bucket list!
Finally took in a Dave Matthews concert. It's been on my to do list for about 10 years.
It was amazing.
What wasn't amazing were my food choices the whole time we were in Bangor!
That said, I'm not going to let it change how I am going forward. It was one weekend and it's just that. A weekend. Not the end of the world.
Back to weigh in this week and face the music of missing a weigh in. Get myself grounded and focused.
I'm under 200... 15lbs to next goal. I can do this.
