So far so good....

Last week I cleaned up my act a bit and it was reflected on the scale. I am down 2 more pounds...YAY! This week has started off excellent. I usually have treat day on Saturday. It is the only day I use any flex points. This weekend I did not use a single one. It was odd. But more so because I just wasn't hungry for them.

Today I walked the nature park, which is 6.5 kms. I wouldn't mind doing that one more time this week and of course I plan on mixing the gym in there too. 1.4lbs to reach 30!! So close.

I guess I realized I didn't work this hard since June to give up now. Rough patches happen. Just gotta get through them. Pebble, not a mountain. ;-)
