Still sick but...

Still sick, however I managed to have a loss this week.
YAY! 1. something... I don't remember at the moment. However, I got my 10 percent key chain, my 16 week charm, and my 25 pound disc for my key chain! YAY!

Still fighting this cold. Hoping it's gone by Friday as Florida is only 6 sleeps away! Going to go to the WW meeting on Thursday at 6:30, sadly we will miss the Sat meeting the following week, as that's the day we get home from Fla!

Sicky icky

So I have that cold that's going around. Which means no energy for the gym and because my throat is sore I can barely eat....

I let it bother me this morning, but I realize it's just a small hurdle and it might not hurt my week any. Gonna rest up. We head to Florida in 11 days, I don't want to have any sign of this cold left by the time we leave.

Don't hate me cause I ate two cheezeburgerz....

Ok.
So perhaps I didn't eat right on plan this weekend for two reasons. We were out of town. I really have been doing so well, it was damn time I had a treat that was well worth it.

However, I wasn't stupid about it. Both Sat and Sunday was consumed with much walking. Like at least 5kms or more each day. So I got some exercise in. We went to Montana's on Sat eve, I had a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich and Mashed Potatoes. They were good. Didn't feel horrible after. But boy, could my body tell I haven't been eating fatty foods.

Yesterday, I had a grilled burger with mushrooms and Mozza at the Argyle, but I had soup with it in stead of a potato or rice. It was nummers, I didn't eat again til the evening on the way home. It was there, I was most evil. I got a Bacon cheeseburger with fries and gravy at the Big Stop. I ditched the bread, ate the beef, cheese, bacon and onions, along with my fries (which I didn't finish)

How do I feel today? Not guilty at all... why? I walked my butt off while away, and I'll be hitting the gym all week. Either way, I wanted to know how eating like that would impact me anyhow, because we go to Florida in less than two weeks, and while there I will want to try different foods, and I need to know if I can eat them for a day, or two and exercise and still find a balance. So this weekend will tell the tale.

It feels good...

Weighed in this morning since I am gonna miss tomorrow's meeting.

I'm down 3.6lbs.... bom bom bom

Which means I hit my 10% and my 25! I'm at a total loss of 25.6!

I feel great!

Slacker on posting not on Plan!

Been slack... I know I know... been working an obscene amount of hours at work, so I'm just so focused on work, gym, sleep. Don't spend near as much time on the puter as I used to.

However I am down 21.8 pounds in total! YAY! So I am 2.2 from my first goal, and 3.2 from 25!!!
Sooo exciting. Sadly I am going to miss my meeting this week as I am going to Halifax. Going to go weigh in on Friday morning before work.

The following Saturday I'll be there to celebrate week 16! Then, the following two Saturday's we will miss as we will be in Sunny Florida! Again, weighing in on Friday, then missing the next week altogether. But no fear, I plan on sticking to plan while away. Fortunately we have a Condo, and are ordering groceries to prepare meals while there. Bliss! Mind you, I am saving points for a Turkey Leg, A Frank (as the yanks call 'em) and promising myself one dessert while we are away. :-) But I also plan on taking full advantage of the fitness club at the resort... even if we walk between 5 and 10 miles per day according to my Unofficial Disney Guide.

In a few more weeks I am going to start wearing some slim clothes... and show you the difference. I've been kind of pulling an Oprah and intentionally wearing baggy clothes, so when I finally wear some fitted stuff... well it will be dramatic!

Me... ever the drama queen! ;-)

I'm gonna compile my Christmas Goals this week and post them.

Buzzing Busy!

I haven't forgotten you dear blog! With a wedding on the weekend, and working a bit of OT this week I haven't had a moment really til this morning to update. On sat I was down .4! I can look at my book and tell you, every 28 days this happens. Well at least now I'm prepared.

Eating this week has been very random. I used 6 bonus points on Sunday. Every other day was alright. Last night we had a Bday BBQ for Chris, and it was good. Surprisingly for how very full I was with Fish and Chicken goodness, I think I still had 2 points to spare! However the gang has prepared itself for a gain this week just because of how we ate at the wedding on Sunday, and the gym was closed til Tuesday. However since it opened I have gone every day... so we'll see.

I'm .6 away from 20.... so close I can taste it. I can only hope the gym helps with the bit of extra that was consumed over the weekend. :-)
